Latsamy

A label inspired by architecture and theatre, Latsamy also strongly draws on the delicacy and discipline of the world of ballet. Creative yet controlled, passionate and powerful, Latsamy brings the classical dance form of ballet to life in the world of fashion by way of stylish and aesthetic pieces.

The designer, Latsamy Phommaseisy was drawn to the creativity that fashion design provided, and watched with fascination while her older sister, who studied textiles in high school, made her own clothes. Latsamy decided to study textiles herself throughout high school, then continued her studies at KvB Institute of Technology majoring in Fashion Design, and graduated in 2006.

Latsamy focuses on the perfect cut to her garments to create a clean and sharp silhouette. The label is aimed at women who appreciate effortless styles with a modern, unique design edge. For her latest collection, Latsamy has put her interpretation into classic archetypes of clothing, with the end result being forward-looking garments.
